Immediately report any behavior that violates our ethical management or suspected
ethical violations as given below to Helpline.
Ethical Violations
- Corruption implicating employees of IT’S HANBUL, wrongful act, bribery and entertainment,
and other behaviors against social convention. - Sexual harassment and/or injury to dignity in the workplace.
- Penalty imposed as a result of illegal and/or unethical acts in business with IT’S HANBUL.
- Misconduct of employees.
- Other unethical behaviors.

Helpline (Internal and External Reporting System) Procedure

STEP 01. Reporting
Report to Helpline
(via e-mail and/or phone). -
STEP 02.
Fact-checking and investigationInvestigations will be opened in the order of reports received, and the period of investigation may vary depending on the subject and/or scope.

STEP 03.
Completion and closingInvestigations will be closed if it is confirmed that the report is true and fact, with disciplinary actions including penalties to be taken according to the corporate regulation.

STEP 04. Notification
In a case where an informant uses his/her real name and explicitly requests for the results of an investigation, IT’S HANBUL will provide feedback to the extent that it does not infringe and/or violate the rights of the company.
