  • Q. How did you join IT’S HANBUL?

    I have always been a people person since my school days and wanted to be in sales. Then one day, I saw a job posting for IT’S HANBUL and sent in the application without a second thought because cosmetics have been one of my big interests. Currently, I’am working as a sales representative for IT’S HANBUL and I’am definitely contributing to its sales increase.

  • Q. Please briefly describe your work.

    My main duty is to ensure that business runs smoothly through inventory management and efficient HR management. Also, boosting sales through promotions responding to the needs of customers is another duty.

  • Q. What has been your biggest achievement after joining IT’S HANBUL?

    In 2014 when I joined IT’S HANBUL, the company supplied products to about 90 retail stores. However, the number of retail stores grew up to 150, about a 60% increase, which I had made a big contribution to it. I also fostered better communication between managers and sales representatives to strengthen their relationships that were unsettling at first, and enhanced their sales capability through regular rotation.
