‘Proactive attitude, confidence and communication skill’

  • Q. How did you join IT’S HANBUL?

Travel retail (duty-free sales) is very sensitive to consumer trends, and it requires a proactive attitude to keep up with changes in both domestic and international markets.
I applied for IT’S HANBUL without hesitation, thinking that I would be able to learn much from its energetic and healthy organizational culture.

  • Q. Please briefly describe your work.

I am in IT’S HANBUL Travel Retail Division, in charge of managing IT’S SKIN and E Nature kiosks in duty-free stores offline and online. From store opening to operation, promotion planning, sales and trend analysis – I manage everything related to the operation of IT’S HANBUL kiosks in duty-free stores.
I feel most excited and rewarded when I see my promotions contributing to sales growth.

  • Q. What has been your biggest achievement after joining IT’S HANBUL?

I was assigned a duty of preparing the launch of travel retail exclusives after joining IT’S HANBUL. It was a large-scale project covering concept and design development for travel retail exclusives and order management in collaboration with related departments. I first analyze the trends in the travel retail market and planned sets of products. All the products we prepared were sold out in only one week after the launch. Right now, we are placing the third order. I will always think from the consumer perspective and keep working hard to contribute to planning travel retail exclusives.
