Q. How did you join IT’S HANBUL?
I have always been interested in makeup and cosmetics since college.
So, I took part in beauty campaigns and planned beauty contents, hoping
to work for a cosmetics company. I applied for a trainer job to study
more deeply about cosmetics and their features through training and
develop my competence. -
Q. Please briefly describe your work.
Largely, the training work is divided into (i) internal and external employee training;
(ii) training planning and material production; and (iii) customer service (CS).
First, I teach product knowledge to sales representatives and employees,
so they can sell the products more effectively. I study new products and
communicate with related departments to make training materials and
set up an overall training plan. I also listen to employees and make sure that
they gain a good knowledge of the products through training. CS is basically
about listening to the voice of customers and handling their complaints to
ensure customer satisfaction. By delivering product knowledge, I contribute
to the sales increase and the growth of the company.

Q. What has been your biggest achievement after joining IT’S HANBUL?
I once participated in a Wang Hong’s live show at Osong Beauty Expo and
introduced IT’S SKIN products. As a trainer at IT’S SKIN, I explained about
the best-selling d’Escargot, tested new products on the back of my hand
and drew highly enthusiastic responses from many Chinese viewers.
I felt grateful and rewarded for my job while introducing products
to Chinese customers. -
Q. Message for those who want to join IT’S HANBUL!
This job of training others gives a great sense of satisfaction but a feeling
of burden as well.
I gain knowledge while making training materials and learn much from
the presentations of other team members.
If you have a passion for cosmetics and training, do not hesitate to apply!
